I had a roll of the famous Kodak Double X, and I decided to use it at a show, and push it 4 stops.
I think these are some of my favorite B&W concert photos ever. There's definitely magic happening in the layers of black in this film. Incredible. All I did was a little editing to bring the lifted shadows (caused by the push) back down.
But enough rambling, I just wanted to show the photos. This is the band Chinese Telephones playing at High Noon Madison on 6/13/2025.
